Our Research Focuses

Our laboratory is primarily focusing on understanding the intricate crosstalk between cancer metabolism and antitumor immunity. Especially, we are curious about how the metabolic status of cancer and immune cells influences antitumor immunity by driving changes in protein post-translational modifications.

We study the intracellular trafficking of membrane proteins and their novel functions within cells beyond serving as membrane receptors. In addition, we are dedicated to exploring new checkpoint receptors to develop innovative immunotherapies for cancer treatment.

We are intrigued by investigating the involvement of epigenetic dysregulation in tumorigenesis, along with their potential as anticancer targets.
